MEMORY

Commissioned by the Government of Autonomous Region of Andalucía as a result of winning the National Competition, the full project was designed for the Universtiy City of Sevilla to house the Faculty of Odontology and the related clinic. Of small dimension, the proposal, whose construction works have been directed by the University´s architect, distinguishes a linear body for the faculty, with the lecture halls and classrooms, and teachers´ offices and meeting rooms. The rest of the lot linked by bridges of differernt levels is an open cloister with all the clinical requirements from reception, waiting spaces, laboratories and treatment cabinets all closed to the facade but open to gardened balconies of light. The building is operating since the year 2000.
